Returns or exchanges are not accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Beearo cuts each product to order from color matched real wood veneers making resale of any returned product unlikely. For this reason, Beearo offers a like-for-like exchange of any warranted item but does not offer full refunds, a 40% restocking fee applies to all returns. All authorized returns must be in perfect, unused condition and returned in the original packaging, postage paid, with the RAN clearly shown on the exterior. Sorry, but shipping costs are not refundable.
Should you wish to return or exchange one of our products, email us at help@beearo.com with the details of your request so that we may issue a RAN. Without a RAN we can not insure a proper and timely resolution.
